We are building a National Network

Flight Path Forum is working with community groups and residents’ associations in flight path affected areas across the country to formalise an alliance with the intent of raising the profile of our issues as a collective at a National level.

A national perspective on Airservices Australia’s continued failure to consult with impacted communities in a timely and effective manner is essential in taking this fight to the highest levels of government.

There must be transparency of process and a genuine commitment by Airservices Australia (ASA) to design and implement flight path changes that have been adequately impact assessed.

Potentially affected communities must be assured of their right to genuine and meaningful consultation well ahead of any changes being implemented.

Communities of the northern Sunshine Coast are not alone in this fight. It is time for collective action to push for legislative change and a Senate inquiry into ASA’s processes and actions.
